This weekend the Docklands Summer Festival is going to take place in the Grand Canal Dock area. There will be lots of fun activities for all the family and as part of the festival Wakedock are going to run their first Kids Boarding School – a 2 hour long wakeboarding session for young people under 18 to learn wakeboarding and to improve their skills.

How does the boarding school work?

Once checked in and changed into wetsuits all participants take our boat ferry over to the start pontoon. The instructor is going to give a brief on land instruction Only one child rides the cable at any given time which means that every session is a 1:1 tuition set with the instructor – a great way to get into wakeboarding or to improve on existing skill.

All abilities welcome, no previous experience needed.
